On January 10th, 2022, Governor Murphy signed into law P.L. 2022., c. 338 which requires board of education members, school employees, volunteers, and contracted service providers who have contact with students to submit a written report to the principal of a school using a numbered form developed by the NJDOE within two school days of being made aware of or witnessing any alleged act acts of HIB. There are two forms available, one for Local Educational Agency personnel and one for families and caregivers provided below. If you are reporting an act of HIB please complete and submit the form to your school's principal.
