Welcome to a new school year.  This is an update to the district’s testing of lead in the drinking water.

As you may recall in previous letters, the State of New Jersey requires this testing to be conducted every six (6) years.  The original testing was completed and submitted to the State during the 2016-2017 school year.  The district and Board of Education had decided to test all drinking fountains during the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 school years as well to make sure the levels are still under the U.S. Department of Environmental Protection guidelines.
