Please note that adding your child's name to our waiting list does not guarantee a spot in our program. Adding your child's name will enter your child into our lottery system. Student names will be chosen at random each Spring of the previous school year. You will be notified via email if your child has secured a spot in our program.

***Please do not proceed with registration until you have been notified your child has been selected from the wait list or you have been directed by Washington School Staff to register your child.***

iN ORDER TO ENROLL IN PRESCHOOL, YOUR CHILD MUST BE THREE (3) YEARS OF AGE BY oCTOBER 1ST OF THE YEAR THEY ARE ENROLLING.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS BEFORE BEGINNING REGISTRATION:

List of Required Items for Registration:

  • Full Day Pre-K Tuition Contract (Self-Paying Students Only)
  • Parental Residency Assurance Statement (must download to fill in)
  • Student Residency Declaration (must download to fill in)
  • Child’s original birth certificate or current passport
  • Child's updated immunizations
  • Child's NJ Universal Health Record
  • Custodial Agreements (If applicable)
  • An official current photo ID with address of the registering parent/guardian
  • Four (4) Proofs of Residency:
    • (proofs must have name of the parent/guardian registering child)
    • One proof must be current lease or deed/mortgage or lease
      • If it's a lease, the Owner/Landlord Affidavit must be submitted with attached proof of payment. The lease must have the start and termination date, and all tenants living at the address indicated by the agreement. 
      • If you are a Non-Rent Paying family, the Affidavit for Resident of Saddle Brook must be submitted. 
    • Other proofs should include a utility bill (PSE&G) along with one of the following: cable/internet bill, phone bill, water bill, vehicle registration, bank statement, credit card bill, insurance form, pay stub, NJMVC address change confirmation
